1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 35, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and Introduce electrical vehicle charging points under section 16 of the London Local Authorities and Transport for London Act 2013, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:-

(a) introduce electric vehicles charging parking places operating at all hours at the locations set out in the Schedule to this notice. The bays will be available at any time for specific use of electric vehicle charging only,

Please note: whilst there would be no charge to park in these parking places, a charge would be levied for the use of the electrical supply by the provider.
(b) Make the following map based changes (no changes to be made on site);

(i) Extend the Double Yellow line on Daleview Road N15 outside no.56 by 6.5 metres, (j) Convert the Permit Holders Only bays to shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone on the south side of Craven Park Road N15 Outside Springfield Community Primary School.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and effects of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send grounds for their objection via the online portal

5 Gathorne Road N22  South side adjacent to no.8 Berners Road  Convert the section of Resident Permit Holders Only parking by extending the adjacent Double Yellow Line by 4.75 metres and implementing 2x Electric Vehicles Only bays (measuring a total length of 13.8 metres)
