Hoylake Road, Variation of Premises Licensing.

Notice is hereby given that Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the Grange 407 Hoylake Road Moreton Wirral CH46 6DQ for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
To remove the following conditions from the premises licence:
5. Soft drinks and non-alcoholic drinks must be made available at all times the premises is open to the public,(covered by mandatory conditions).
9. No persons under the age of 16 years must be on the premises after 21.00. (updated condition provided).
11. On Fridays and Saturdays whenever regulated entertainment is taking place there must be at least one SIA registered Door Supervisor on duty from 21.00 until the premises close, (alternative conditions offered).
12. Door supervisors must wear high visibility jackets.
13. The premises must implement a 'Think 21' policy, (updated condition provided).
14. Adequate staff training must be provided to ensure sales of alcohol to underage persons do not take place. (Updated condition provided).
15. Records of training must be maintained on the premises and must be available to any authorised officer or Responsible Authority on request (Updated conditions provided).
5. The rear fire escape doors are to be fitted with an alarm system that indicated to the bar staff that the doors have been opened, (annex 2 condition 8 requires lights to be linked to fire door alarm system).
