North Yorkshire County Council, 30 Mph Speed Limit, Ganton Village, Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30Mph on any length of road at Ganton Village specified: Main Street, from the centre line of its junction with A64, Southwards for a distance of 406.9 metres. Woodside road, from the centre line of its junction with A64, southwards For a distance of 269.8 metres. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton during normal office hours from 12/10/22, on the Parish Notice Board For Ganton & also viewed online at
