NOTICE is hereby given that Newport City Council (hereinafter referred to as "the Council") in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, intends to make the above order the effect of which is to make permanent the existing temporary restriction under which vehicles must travel in a westbound direction only.
