Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon by The Old Town Business Association Limited to vary the Premises Licence issued in respect of Wood Street, Old town, Swindon
The application seeks the following variation:
Extension of all licensable areas to cover
a portion of Victoria Road a plan of this is
attached to the application.

Removal of Conditions
The below conditions to be removed from the licence

13. Polycarbonate, shatter-to-safe, plastic, paper or other inherently safer types of container shall be used.
16. The security policy shall include provision for searching bags and clothing as appropriate, at access points. All alcohol shall be removed from those attending the event prior to entering the premises

17. There will be radio communication between all security staff and event control via event radio.

Responsible Authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade), and /or other persons (e.g. people/ businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 22nd September 2022 and 19th October 2022.
