Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Application No. 55/22/00005:
The Old Vicarage, Mark Road, Burtle, Bridgwater TA7 8NJ. Erection of new front (NE) porch & two storey detached garage with carport to the front (NE) boundary, with alterations to fenestration. Also, alterations to entrance gate, repositioning of oil storage & garden shed. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

Application No. 55/22/00007: Lower Whites Farm, Burtle Road, Burtle. Bridgwater TA7 8NH. Erection of single storey rear (East) extension, installation of 2no. rear (East) rooflights to garage & front (West) solar panels. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

Application No. 29/22/00010: 19 Park Lane, Goathurst, Bridgwater, TA5 2DF. Erection of two storey side (East) extension & carport on site of existing workshop (to be demolished). This development may affect a public right of way. (Householder application).

Application No. 24/22/00027 & 24/22/00028: Wydale Farm, White House Lane, Loxton, Axbridge. Partial demolition & the conversion of barns to form 1no. dwelling, including the erection of single storey extensions to the North, South & West elevations (revised scheme). This application affects a listed building. For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
