NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of land deemed to be Public Open Space at Moredon Recreation Ground, Cheney Manor Road, Swindon. 21.40 hectares of land is to be disposed of via a lease to the Central Swindon North Parish Council and is to continue as a recreation ground. 1.53 hectares of land is to be disposed of via a freehold sale for development. A plan showing the land to be disposed of can be inspected, by appointment, at Property Assets, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH.
