drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd a'r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:-

Tir-y-Cwm Lane, o'r cyffyrdd a Dan-y-Graig.

Disgwylir i'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 17 Hydref 2022 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p'un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i'r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 28
Hydref 2022.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i'r gwasanaethau brys, cerddwyr a phreswylwyr.

Y rheswm dros wneud y Gorchymyn yw caniatau gwaith ar bibelli.

Mae angen y gorchymyn ar Quantum Traffic Management.

Tir Y Cwm Lane, Risca Temporary Prohibition of Driving Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along :-

Tir Y Cwm Lane, from its junctions with Dan Y Graig.

The proposed Order is expected to commence on 17th October 2022 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is expected the works will be completed by 28th October 2022.

Emergency service, pedestrian and resident access will be maintained.

The reason for making the Order is to allow for duct works.

The Order is required by Quantum Traffic Management.
