(Cansey Lane, Bradfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cansey Lane, Bradfield in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 100m south west of its junction with Heath Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st October 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC1170000000000221060DNO - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Cansey Lane, Heath Road, Steam Mill Road, Clacton Road, Horsley Cross Roundabout, A120, Cansey Lane South, Cansey Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Oakley Road, Ramsey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oakley Road, Ramsey in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Mayes Lane to its junction with Bayview Crescent a distance of approximately 100m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd November 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30057058261 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while service upgrade works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Oakley Road, Ramsey Road, Church Hill, Ramsey Roundabout, A120 J B1352 Roundabout, Tinker Street, A120, Poplar Hall, Harwich Road, Harwich Road Trunk A120, Wix Bypass, A120 J B1035 Roundabout, Horsley Cross Roundabout, Clacton Road, Mistley Road, Heath Road, Wilson Close, School Road, The Street, Crow Lane, Thorpe Road, Swan Road, Tendring Road, Colchester Road, High Street and vice versa (with access only into Oakley Road, Harwich Road, Clacton Road, Harwich Road, High Street, School Road, Beaumont Road, Cross Hill, Harwich Road and Landermere Road).
The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Victoria Street, Dovercourt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Victoria Street, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 40m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st October 2022 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30000915827 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Station Road, Kingsway, High Street and vice versa (with access only into Victoria Street).
The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Oakley Road, Wix) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oakley Road, Wix in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 330m south east of its junction
with Harwich Road for a distance of approximately 370m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th October 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS446532 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Oakley Road, Harwich Road, Clacton Road, Wix Road - Stones Green -Zc12, Colchester Road, Wix Road, Cross Hill, Beaumont Road, School Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 30th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Tendring) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.5) Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that
the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads

in the District of Tendring as detailed in the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in

the various lengths of road as detailed in the schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides

of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting,

No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works are scheduled to commence after 30th September 2022 as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear. The Order came into effect on 30th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
