Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th October 2022 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Ltd applied to Durham County Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station,
Bob Hardisty Drive, Bishop Auckland DL14 7TW. The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. Sale of alcohol from 0600 to 2400 Monday to Sunday. 2. Provision of late night refreshment from 2300 hours to 2400 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:-Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ alternatively email:

no later than 2nd November 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Durham County Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Council offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
