Notice is hereby given under THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 (as amended) SECTION 65 and THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING GENERAL DEVELOPMENT ORDER UNDER ARTICLE 7 that Mr and Mrs Boys of Home Farm House, Shaftesbury Road, Compton Chamberlayne, Salisbury SP3 5DP are applying for planning permission for a replacement dwelling and relocated site access at Shortlands, Shorts Mead, Alvediston, Salisbury SP5 5LD requiring access over a section of verge of the lane which is of unknown ownership. Any party with proof of ownership of the said verge should make written representation to the applicant or Wiltshire Council Development Services, PO Box 2281, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP2 2HX within 21 days of the date of this publication.
