Notice Of Application For Variation Of Premises Licence Under The Licensing Act 2003

Stevan Shaw and Wide Mouth Bars ltd applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 13/9/22 for a license variation at 15 Duke Street, Bradford BD1 3QS for the sale by retail of alcohol daily from 11am to Midnight and from Midnight to 4am Monday to Friday and from Midnight to 5am Saturday and Sunday.

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by (date - must be 28 days following the day after the application was submitted to the Council). Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine. Dated 26/9/22
