Notice is hereby given that an EIA Report has been submitted to South Ayrshire Council by Chirmorie Wind Farm Ltd relating to the Planning application Ref: 22/00660/FURM in respect of Application under Section 42 of The Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 to vary Condition 36 (time period for carrying out protected species surveys) and to add an additional condition (time period for implementation of consent) notified to you under The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 on 12 August 2022.
