Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Introduce No Stopping Mon-Fri 08:15-09:00 and 14:45-15:45 Restrictions on the following lengths of road in the City of Colchester
Road Description
Wagtail Mews NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 8.3 metres east of the
western boundary of Lakelands Primary School, in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 42.6 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tile: TL945 240 Revision 0 to Revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 07 October 2022.

Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council, under section S14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), has been continued in force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 02 April 2024.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close part of Footpath 61, Myland, in the City of Colchester. From a point approximately 30.42 metres east of its junction with A134 Northern Approach, in an easterly direction for approximately 74.53 metres. Alternative route will be via Footpath 61, from a point approximately 30.42 metres east of its junction with A134 Northern Approach, heading south for approximately 22.4 metres, then east for a distance of approximately 23.9metres, south for a distance of approximately 12.4 metres, east for a distance of approximately 46 metres and north for a distance of approximately 35.7 metres, to a point where it joins the existing section of Footpath 61, and vice versa.
The closure commenced on 01 April 2022 and is required to allow for repair works to be carried out while the construction of an Elective Orthopaedic Centre takes place.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Maldon Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 60m south west of its junction with Peakes Close for a distance of approximately 30m in a south westerly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a no left-hand turn from Northern Approach Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester into Mill Road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rainsborowe Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Layer Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a north westerly then north easterly direction. (Station Road, Alresford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Alresford in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 20m south east of its junction with Cox Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th November 2022 (23:00) to 7th November 2022 (06:00) continuously, or where stated on a valid permit (KL731COC-57-52-041122 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). (St Osyth Road, Alresford) (Temporary Introduction of 7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 3-tonne weight restriction in that length of St Osyth Road, Alresford in the District of Alresford, from a point approximately 205m south east of its junction with Coach Road for a distance of approximately 160m in a south easterly direction. The restriction is scheduled to continue from 30th June 2022 for 531 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH1000352 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
