Town And Country Planning Act 1990 Public Inquiry To Be Held Virtually Opening On Tuesday 11 October 2022 At 10.00am
Via Microsoft Teams, Hosted By Braintree District Council Reason For Inquiry

Appeals by Gladman Developments Ltd. Relating to the applications to Braintree District Council for: Outline application for up to 200 residential dwellings (including 30% affordable housing), planting, landscaping, public open space and children's play area and sustainable drainage system (SuDS). All matters reserved with the exception of access.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeals.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry VIRTUALLY via Microsoft Teams, and, at the Inspector's discretion, express their views.
