Application for a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Dorset Council for a tenses licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, New Road, West Parley, BH22 8EB for sale of alchohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Representations must be received no later tan 03/11/2022. The licensing register and details of this applications may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours. It is an odence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
