Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine Dorset Council (Part of Footpath 30, Church Knowle at Charmswell) Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2019 and will attend at: Committee Room 1, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ On Tuesday 15 November 2022 at 10.00am

To hold a hearing into the Order

The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to modify the definitive map and statement in the parish of Church Knowle by: Deleting from them part of Footpath 30, Church Knowle - from the unaffected part of Footpath 30, in an area of scrub vegetation, north east of Charmswell at SY 93108203, south west across the garden of Charmswell and a small grass field, to rejoin the unaffected part of Footpath 30 at the field boundary at SY 93048199. (No recorded width).

Adding to them part of Footpath 30, Church Knowle - from the unaffected part of Footpath 30, in an area of scrub vegetation, north east of Charmswell at SY 93108203, south south east, across the garden and driveway of Charmswell to SY 93118200 then continuing west, across the garden and through a small grass field, to rejoin the unaffected part of Footpath 30 at the field boundary at SY 93048199. Width: 1.5 metres.
