PLANNING NOTICE
I give notice that Simon Wood is applying to the Warrington Borough Council to modify the planning obligation S106 relating to affordable housing provision. Land to which obligation relates 43, Chaise Meadow, Lymm, WA13 9NX. The date on which the obligation was entered into was 15th April 2003.
Any person against whom the planning obligation is enforceable who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Planning Dept. East Annexe, Town Hall, Sankey Street, WA1 1UH by 27th October 2022 (Members of the public will be invited to make representations when the application has been submitted to the Council).
