Canon Pyon Road, Temporary 30mph Speed Restriction

Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as the highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: A4110, Canon Pyon Road, Herefordshire, Temporary Speed Restriction Order, to temporarily restrict the speed of vehicles to 30mph on the following roads: A4110, Canon Pyon Road. Grid Ref: 346453/248436 to 346803/248018.

The said restriction is required due to ditching works on or near said roads and the likelihood of danger to the public while works are being carried out. The said restriction will be in place for approximately 8 days and will come into force on 2nd November 2022. However, the restriction may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State).
