Pegasus Group is consulting the local community on an application for outline planning permission (with all matters reserved) for a residential development of up to 280 dwellings and associated works including infrastructure, open space, landscaping, and a pumping station together with the construction of a new vehicular and pedestrian access, on land West of Kingshill Lane, Cirencester.

A public consultation event for members of the public is to be held on Tuesday 11th October 2022 between 3:00pm and 7:30pm at Preston Village Hall, Preston, near Cirencester.
