Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: U91416, Noke Lane, Lyonshall, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U91416, Noke Lane, Lyonshall, from the junction of the C1027 to Hunton Farm entrance. Grid Ref: 333181 / 258851. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1027 onto Sherriff Lane and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to rural fibre installation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 2nd of November 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
