Proposed development at Land at Elmsley Lane, Elmsley Lane, Sandbay, Kewstoke, Somerset, Weston-Super-Mare, BS22 9YT

Take notice that application Is being made by: Sandbay Solar Ltd, Mr Jonathan Bensted

For planning permission to: Erect a groundmount PV Installation (Solar Panels) in adjacent fields to Include works within a section of unadopted highway (Elmsley Lane).

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: North Somerset

Local Planning Authority address: North Somerset Post point 19, Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, Weston-Super-Mare, BS23 1UJ

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
