INVITATION TO PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENTS Alumno Developments are progressing proposals to redevelop the Neville House and Sheraton House site at Sheraton Park, Durham into student accommodation. Alumno are hosting two ‘drop in sessions’ to allow the local community to consider and comment on development options for the site. The events will be attended by Alumno and their project team and there will be an opportunity for the public to review and comment on the proposals. Both events will be a presentation of the same materials. Event 1 Date: 23/07/13 Time: 15:00 – 19:00 Venue: Exhibition Room of the Senior School of Durham School, Quarryheads Lane, Durham, DH1 4SZ. Event 2 Date: 19/08/13 Time: 15:00 – 19:00 Venue: Nelson Hall, 19th Durham Scout Group HQ, to the rear of St. John’s Church, Crossgate Peth (A690), Neville’s Cross, Durham, DH1 4DU. If you are unavailable to attend either of the events, details of the proposals will also be available on the following website: www.sheratonparkstudents.co.uk. The site will go live on 23rd July 2013 and it will be possible to submit comments online.
