1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in pursuance of section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to establish a pedestrian crossing at the locations described in the Schedule to this Notice

2. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the, proposals are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.

3. Any person wishing to make a comment about the proposals should send a statement in writing to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference W/ECS/TMO/1931) within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

Lower Richmond Road, with the control area being sited from the western kerb-line of Rotherwood Road, extending north-westwards to a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Festing Road.
