(Joicey Gardens, Stanley) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Older under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 110 metres of Joicey Gardens, Stanley from its junction with Cemetery Road in an easterly direction to enable water main repair works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, a diversion will be available to vehicular traffic via Church Street. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 24/10/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
