(Harle Street, Browney) (Temporary Road and Footway Closure) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on a 95 metre length of Harle Street to the rear of numbers 2-34, Browney to enable footway resurfacing works to be undertaken. An alternative route will be available to traffic locally via side Harle Street and back Browney Lane. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 21/10/22 between 7am and 5.30pm per working day and are anticipated to be completed in 8 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
