TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
BRIGHTON ROAD. COULSDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate rail bridge repair works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Brighton Road, Coulsdon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Brighton Road, Coulsdon, will be closed between its junction with Farthing Way and the vehicular entrance road to Coulsdon South Station.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic displaced by the closure will be via Lion Green Road, Brighton Road and Farthing Way, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 24 October 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 26 October 2022. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

COOMBE ROAD. CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a district meter exchange on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Coombe Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Coombe Road will be closed between its junctions with Chatsworth Road and Water Tower Hill.
3. During the closure, the alternative routes for traffic will be as detailed below and appropriately signed.
- Via Park Lane, Fairfield Road, Park Hill Road and Coombe Road.
- Via Coombe Road, Park Hill Road, Fairfield Road and Park Lane.
4. The Order will come into operation on 24 October 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 28 October 2022. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restriction will not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

HAROLD ROAD. UPPER NORWOOD
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Harold Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Harold Road will be closed between its junctions with Ellery Road and Ravensdale Gardens.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion routes for traffic will be via Beulah Hill, Hermitage Road and Eversley Road, or via Beulah Hill, Church Road, Upper Beulah Hill, Highfield Hill and reversed, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 27 October 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed in one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to enable service pipe maintenance and repair works to take place, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic in Hastings Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
a) Hastings Road will be closed at its junction with Lower Addiscombe Road.
b) One-way working in Hastings Road and Warren Road will be suspended and two-way traffic will apply.
3. The Order will come into operation on the 24 October 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within three days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. Whilst the closure is in force the alternative route for traffic will be via Lower Addiscombe Road and Warren Road.
6. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ST. PETER'S STREET, SOUTH CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the replacement of two decayed telegraph poles they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in St. Peter's Street.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place St. Peter's Street will be closed between the common boundaries of Nos. 129 and 131 and numbers 143 and 145 St. Peter's Street.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via St Peter's Street, Sussex Road, Selsdon Road, Croham Road and St Peter's Street, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 25 October 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purpose.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

WADDON ROAD. CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to enable service pipe repair works to take place they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements and parking in Waddon Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
a) Waddon Road will be closed outside Nos. 42D to 50 Waddon Road;
b) Parking in the bays opposite Nos. 42D to 50 Waddon Road will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time on both sides of the road.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion routes for traffic will be via Harrisons Rise, Ravenswood Road, Warrington Road, and Epsom Road and reversed, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 24 October 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 28 October 2022. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
