NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Tesco Stores Limited, Have applied to the Licensing Authority at the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames Council for the grant of a premises licence at: Basement, Ground & First Floor, 149-151, Church Road, Barnes, London, SW13 9HS to provide the following licensable activities to be carried on on or from the premises:

Basement, Ground & First Floor, 149-151, Church Road, Barnes, London, SW13 9HS 

- The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00

- The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm.

Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.richmond.gov.uk.

It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
