NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd September 2022, T.J Morris Limited applied to London Borough of Merton Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, 1 Weir Road, Wimbledon SW19 8UG.

The proposed licensable activities are;- The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00:00 to 24:00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, London Borough of Merton, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 5DX, or by email to licensing@merton.gov.uk no later
than the 20th October 2022 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of London Borough of Merton Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 16:30 Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
