The County Of Cumbria A65 Bentinck Drive, Kirbky Lonsdale) (Temporary No Waiting At Any Time And No Loading/Unloading At Any Time Traffic Restriction) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger to the public as a result of inconsiderate parking causing obstructions to the general public, the Count/ Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from waiting at any time, on any day and/or to load/unload at any time, on any day (including blue badge holders) along both sides of die A65 Bentinck Drive, Kirkby Lonsdale from its junction with Bridge Brow, extending in a westerly direction for approx. 310m. This follows emergency notices dated 31 August 2022 and 21 September 2022.

Nothing in the Order to which this notice relates shall apply to emergency service vehicles.,

The Order will come into operation on 12 October 2022 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of eighteen months, as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
