Notice of Application to Wigan Council

An application for a new Premises Licence has been made by Golborne Sports and Social Club for the premises known as / situated at: Golborne Sports and Social Club, Stonecross Lane North, Lowton, Warrington, WA3 2SE. The application seeks to: Functions taking place - Hours of opening Sunday - Thursday 10.00am until 12 midnight, Friday & Saturday 10.00am - 12.30am, Sale and supply of alcohol. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 20th October 2022. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
