The above order made on 30th August, 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath ZC24 (Part) in the Parish of Leominster running from OS Grid Reference SO 4782 5759 to OS Grid Reference SO 4781 5763. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 4782 5759 to OS Grid Reference SO 4781 5763. , quoting reference PROW/D533 and stating your reasons, to be received not later than 4th November, 2022. Your details may be made available to third parties. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
