WARWICK ROAD EN3 - TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF WAITING 'AT ANY TIME'

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger to public safety caused by obstructive parking in Warwick Road EN3, and to assist the Council meet its duties imposed by the Environmental Protection Act 1990, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield propose to make the Enfield (Warwick Road EN3) (No. 1) (Temporary Restriction of Waiting) Order 2022 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order would be to temporarily restrict waiting by vehicles at any time in: Warwick Road EN3

(a) The east side, between a point 9.5 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Ordnance Road and a point 1.3 metres south of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Warwick Road; and

(b) The west side, between a point 6 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Ordnance Road and a point 1.3 metres south of the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Warwick Road.

3. The restriction of waiting would come into force on 17 October 2022 and would continue in force for a period of up to 18 months.
