(C2049 Stratford Road, Honeybourne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2049 Stratford Road from its junction with C2274 Mickleton Road to its junction with C2049 Broad Marston Road. Reason: Survey works by Sisk Rail.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2049 Stratford Road, C2114 Chapel Road, C2114 Front Street, C2114 Pebworth Road, C2006 Bucklet Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 nights (22:00-06:00) Commencing: 11 October 2022.

(C2008 Pershore Road, Great Comberton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2008 Pershore Road from its junction with C2124 Great Comberton to Little for a distance of 75 metres in a northerly direction. Reason: Duct clearance by Airband.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2008 Pershore Road, C2007 Main Road, C2124 Great Comberton to Little Comberton and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:
10 October 2022.

(U43606 Hipton Hill, Norton and Lenchwick) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U43606 Hipton Hill from the entrance to Hipton Hill Lodge for a distance of 290 meters in a South Easterly direction. Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U43606 Evesham Road, C2117 Handgate Lane, C2011 Leys Road, B4088 Evesham Road, C2121 Kings Lane, U43606 Hipton Hill and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 days Commencing:
31 October 2022.

(U45402 West End Lane, Broadway) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U45402 West End Lane from its junction with B4632 Cheltenham Road for a distance of 560 metres in an East, South Easterly direction.
Reason: New/replacement gas main by Wales and West Utilities.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U45402 West End Lane, C2122 Snowshill Road, C2122 Church
Street, C2299 Lower Green, B4632 Cheltenham Road and vice versa.

(A44 Evesham Road, Stoulton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of A44 Evesham Road from its junction with A44
Spetchley roundabout to its junction with B4084 Egdon Lane.
Reason: Underground cabling works by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A44 Evesham Road Egdon to Stonebow Road, A4104 Terrace Road, A4104 Defford Road, A4104 Three Springs Road, A4104 Woodmancote, A38 Worcester Road, A38 Sandford, A38 Main Road, A4440 Broomhall Way, A4440 Crookbarrow Road, A4440 Swinesherd Way, A4440 Whittington Way, A44 Spetchley Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 14 nights (21:00-06:00) Commencing: 2 November 2022.

(District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2022 (Prohibition of Waiting on Waterside, Evesham)

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Evesham:-
Waterside from a point 11 metres northeast of its junction with Cooper Lane, for a distance of 12 metres, in a north easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F40528 New Street in its entirety from its junction with B4035 Port Street to its junction with U44525 The Leys. Reason: New customer connection by Wales and West Utilities Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U44525 The Leys, U44526 Shor Street, B4035 Port Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 31 October 2022.
