The Oxfordshire County Council, Chesterton Footpath No 15, Public Path Creation and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2022

The Order made on 12th September 2022 under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, if confirmed as made, will create a public footpath running from the western end of the allotments at OS Grid Ref SP 5591 2135 north eastwards for 100m to SP 5599 2141 at its junction with Fortescue Drive, and continuing from Fortescue Drive at SP 5600 2142 north eastwards for 62m to SP 5605 2145 at its junction with Alchester Road, as shown on the Order plan. The Oxfordshire County Council, Tiddington-with-Albury Footpath No. 11 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2022

The Order made on 12th September 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:-
diverting Tiddington-with-Albury FP11 running from OS Grid Ref SP 6552 0509 southwards for approximately 92m to SP 6552 0501 and generally south-eastwards for approximately 144m to SP 6559 0488 to a new line running from OS Grid Ref SP 6557 0510 eastwards for approximately 13m to SP 6558 0509, and then generally southwards for approximately 199m to SP 6559 0488 and from Tiddington-with-Albury FP11 at OS Grid Ref SP 6558 0509 eastwards for approximately 16m to Tiddington-with-Albury FP10 at SP 6560 0509, as shown on the Order map.

Any representations about or objections to either of the Orders may be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND, or

no later than 4 November 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Orders as unopposed Orders. If either Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with said Order.
