An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs (DAERA) for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a discharge of sewage effluent into the Waterway arising from a proposed Hotel situated at 33 Inishmore Road, Lisbellaw, County Fermanagh, BT94 5NF.
