Notice Under Article 13 Of Application For Planning Permission

Proposed development at: Aldi foodstore 17 - 21 Hoylake Road Hoylake Road Moreton Wirral CH49 9EE Take notice that application is being made by: JLL Mrs Joanna Gabrilatsou. For planning permission to: Description of proposed development. Store extension including new warehouse and back of house facility, car park extension upon former Riding School menage to provide 31 new parking spaces, replacement menage, Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) unit, 2.4m close boarded timber boundary fence, 24-hour unrestricted delivery and servicing and extension of opening times on bank holidays to 8am to 8pm.
