Take notice that Next Retail Limited has applied to Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council on 29th September 2022 for the grant of a Premises Licence to use the premises at Next Retail Limited, 84 The Linkway, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 6JA for the sale of alcohol by way of Alcoholic Gifts for consu­mption off the premises from 09:00-20:30 Mondays to Fridays, 06:00-20:00 Saturdays and 11:00-17:00 SundaysThe Application may be inspected, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive at- Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor; Town Hall, Bolton, BLI IRU.Any interested parry or Responsible Authority may make represen­tations to Che Council regarding the application on or before 27th October 2022. All representations must be made in writing to the above address.

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
