The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 (Regulation 6) I give notice that Protim Solignum Ltd. is applying to Darlington Borough Council for hazardous substances consent to store and process up to 200 tonne of Substances Dangerous to the Environment (B10, Schedule 1) at Lingfield Way, Yarm Road Industrial Estate, Darlington, Co Durham, DL1 4QA. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Protim Solignum Ltd, Lingfield Way, Yarm Road Industrial Estate, Darlington, Co Durham, DL1 4QA. during all reasonable hours until 14 August 2013.
