1. Notice is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intends, in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 to grant a lease to South Eastern Power Networks PLC for Substation Site (GRP Kiosk) at Stanmer Park Coldean Wood and Great Wood Stanmer Brighton BN1 9SE (shown edged red on the plan available for inspection) to be used as an Electrical Substation.
