Premises: Food Warehouse, Unit 3, Fylands Drive, Tindale Crescent, Bishop Auckland, DL14 9AH. Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the Durham County Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed application relates to:The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday: 07:00 to 23:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Tuesday 25th October 2022 to Licensing Team, Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ.
