Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence
under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Silvertime Amusements Limited has applied to Watford Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises at 48-50 High Street, Watford, WD17 2BS. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30 and Friday and Saturday 10:00 to midnight.The provision of late night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 23:30 and Friday and Saturday 23:00 to midnight. The opening hours will be Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30 and Friday and Saturday 10:00 to midnight.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing to Watford Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX (Tel. 01923 278476 / Fax. 01923 278627) or email - licensing@watford.gov.uk no later than 21 October 2022 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Watford Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council Mondays and Fridays 9.00am to 3.00pm and Wednesdays 11.00am to 5.00pm, except Bank Holidays.
