HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd a'r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:-
Bydd y terfyn pwysau 7.5 tunnell presennol ar B4251 Y Stryd Fawr, Coed Duon, yn cael ei ddirymu am gyfnod y gwaith er mwyn caniatau i draffig y gwyriad ddilyn y llwybr hwn.

Disgwylir i'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 10 Hydref 2022 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p'un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Bydd pob achos o gau'r ffordd yn cael ei weithredu'n unigol ac ar nosweithiau olynol rhwng 18:00 ac 08:00. Disgwylir i'r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 24 Hydref 2022.

Chartist Bridge/A4048 Blackwood Temporary Suspension of 7.5 Tonnes Weight Limit Prohibition of Driving Order 2022
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:-
The existing 7.5 tonnes weight limit on
the B4251 High Street, Blackwood will be
revoked for the duration of the works to allow diverted traffic to follow this route.
1 Chartist Bridge B4251 roundabout to its junction with A4048
2 A4048 the Pentwyn-mawr roundabout
3 A472 to the Penmaen roundabout
The proposed Order is expected to commence on 10th October 2022 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. The closures will be implemented individually and will run for consecutive nights between 18:00 and 08:00. It is anticipated the works
will be completed by 24th October 2022.
Access for Emergency Service vehicles and pedestrians will not be maintained.

2 A4048, B4251 High Street, B4254, A4048

3 A4048, B4251 High Street, B4252
The reason for making the Order is to allow for resurfacing works.
The Order is required by Sirhowy Enterprise Way.
