North Yorkshire County Council, 40 MPH Speed Limit, Coverham Lane, Middleham, Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 miles per hour on any length of road at Coverham Lane, Middleham from a point 239 metres south west of its junction with the west side of the westernmost junction with Park Lane (measured along the northern kerbline), south westwards to a point 10 metres west of its junction with the track which leads westwards across Middleham Low Moor immediately to the north of 'Pinkers Pond' (measured along the northern kerbline).
