Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Five Ways Fruit Farm Ltd for Continuation of use of land for mineral extraction and ancillary use without compliance with Condition 3 (Approved Details) of planning permission ESS/52/17/COL, that itself was a Variation of Condition Permission, that enabled changes to the DSM plant operational hours, of planning permission ESS/23/14/COL granted for "Extension of Stanway Quarry on land at Five Ways Fruit Farm (FWFF) via the extraction of 2.95m tonnes of sand and gravel etc" to now seek changes to the afteruse provisions on the land parcels comprising the Five Ways Fruit Farm Extension and Wallace Lagoon areas. Notice of Confirmation of An Order Town And Country Planning Act 1990 - Sections 257 & 261 Temporary Diversion to Allow Mineral Extraction in Accordance with Planning Application No. ESS/39/13/TEN Dated 4 July 2014 - Order 2022
Footpath 3 Brightlingsea in The District of Tendring Essex County Council confirmed the above order on 15 September 2022. The effect of the Order as confirmed will be to temporarily divert until not later than 31 December 2027 a part length of Footpath 3 Brightlingsea shown by a bold black continuous line on the order map starting from a point close to the entrance to workings where the footpath runs in a westerly then northerly then north westerly direction along a track for a total distance of 457 metres to a point at the edge of a wooded area where it continues unaffected, to an alternative route 2 metres in width commencing at the aforementioned start point running in a south south westerly direction for a distance of 319 metres through a wooded area to a point where it continues in a generally north westerly direction along a field edge for a further distance of 517 metres to a point where it meets an access track before continuing in a north north easterly direction along a track by the side of a wooded area for a final distance of 156 metres to the aforementioned end point where it continues unaffected. The alternative route came into force and the old route was stopped up upon confirmation, but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from 29 September 2022 on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 8 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
(Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.23) Order 2021 (Part 2)

2. 1. To temporarily close that length of Butt Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester from its junction with Goojerat Road to its junction with Layer Road a distance of approximately 70m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Butt Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Goojerat Road to its junction with Layer Road a distance of approximately 70m for the duration of the above closure only.

1. To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Thorpe-le-Soken in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Abbey Street for a distance of approximately 470m in a south westerly then southerly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only.
