Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
Application No. 05/20/00004: Land To The East Of, Rose Tree Paddock, Berrow, Burnham On Sea. Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 05/14/00022 (Erection of 25 dwellings, garages & formation of access, formation of 40 car parking spaces for Berrow Church of England Primary School, childrens play area & associated works) to substitute drawings to allow for House Type 06A increased in depth by 0.6m, brick screen walls removed & replaced with screen fencing to drawing PL01D & floor levels added to drawing PL01D. Variations of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 24/19/00015 (Outline application with some matters reserved, for the erection of up to 40 dwellings & formation of access.) to accurately show the position of site access, relocation of part of off-site footpath & the exclusion of some drawings listed in the condition. This proposal is a major development. Application No. 13/22/00029 & 13/22/00030: 37 Rodway, Cannington, Bridgwater TA5 2PJ. Conversion of loft to form additional living accommodation, with the installation of 2no. dormer windows & 1no. roof light to the front (South) elevation. Demolition of existing single storey rear (North) extension & repairs to the property, including the roof, chimney, rainwater goods & walls. This application affects a listed building. (Householder application). Application No. 09/22/00030: Land to the North of Electricity Distribution Site, West of, Westonzoyland Road, Bridgwater Without, Bridgwater TA7. Installation of a 132kV/33kV primary substation compound, new vehicle access, fencing & ancillary works This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. Application No. 08/22/00140: 7 Castle Street, Bridgwater TA6 3DT. Proposed reinstatement of original spine wall to the ground floor. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building. Application No. 08/22/00142: Land At, Avalon Road, Bridgwater TA6. Variations of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 08/19/00152 (Erection of 3 dwellings, with associated hard & soft landscaping.) to amend the roof form & first floor window styles to facilitate a standard timber frame construction. This development may affect a public right of way. Application No. 08/22/00144: 1 Avalon Road, Bridgwater TA6 4JG. Variations of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 08/19/00154 (Demolition of existing bungalow & erection of 3 dwellings, with associated hard & soft landscaping) to amend the roof form & first floor window styles to facilitate a standard timber frame construction. Also, the formation of new footpath, fence & gate to 3 Avalon Road, to provide external access to their rear amenity. This development may affect a public right of way. Application No. 08/22/00165: Land At, Angel Crescent, Bridgwater TA6. Proposed realm enhancements (including new street furniture, signage, landscaping & resurfacing, with associated works), the formation of retail floorspace through enclosure of existing alcoves, & installation of Toucan crossing. This site lies within a Conservation Area & may affect the setting of a listed building. For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
