Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as the highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: A417 Ledbury Bypass, Ledbury, Herefordshire, Temporary Speed Restriction Order, to temporarily restrict the speed of vehicles to 30mph on the following road, A417 Ledbury Bypass, Ledbury. Grid ref: 370586/236650 to 371461/236782.
The said restriction is required due to development roundabout construction and utility works on or near said road and the likelihood of danger to the public while works are being carried out. The said restriction will be in place for approximately 8 months and will come into force on 3rd October 2022. However, the restriction may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State).
