The Council Of The Borough Of St Helens (Traverse Street. St Helens) (Prohibition Of Waiting And Loading) Order 2022
Notice is hereby Given that on 26th September 2022 St Helens Borough Council made an Order In exercise of Its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to continue In force Indefinitely the provision of the previous Experimental Traffic Regulation Order, as described In the Schedule to the Notice.

Traverse Street A point 8 metres east of the south eastern kerb line of the western arm of Traverse Street A point 6 metres west of its junction with north western kerb line of the eastern arm of Traverse Street
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained In the Order on the grounds that It Is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirements of the Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
