The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

A/22/94298/VARMAJ Garrett Hall Farm Garrett Lane Tyldesley Manchester Variation of conditions 2 and 5 of previously approved A/21/91879/MAJOR to alter the layout and housetypes (to reflect a change in developer) and amend the plans relating to roads and sewer design
Notice is hereby given that an application for Listed Building Consent to carry
out the above works has been made to Wigan Council.
