North Yorkshire County Council, Notice of Confirmation of a Public Path Diversion Order, Highways Act 1980, Public Footpath 10.84-3 Kirkby Fleetham With Fencote, Diversion Order 2022

The above Order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 was confirmed on the 26/08/22. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the Public Footpath as follows. Public Footpath 10.84/3 between SE 2801 9461 & SE 2815 9451 will be diverted onto a new route from SE 2801 9461 eastwards to SE 2809 9461 & from there south-eastwards to SE 2815 9451. A copy of the order as confirmed & the Order Map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at County Hall Reception, Northallerton, DL7 8AD until 11/11/22.

The Order comes into force as from the 26/08/22, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980 as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under Paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by Paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 30/09/22, make an application to the High Court.
